1. Download the latest dll …. download now
2. Copy the libfacebook.dll file to PidginPortable\App\Pidgin\plugins\
3. Copy the libjson-glib.dll to PidginPortable\App\Pidgin\
4. Extract the protocol icons to PidginPortable\App\Pidgin\pixmaps\pidgin\protocols\
